Hello VR Afficionados
As you may know, many of us show up to the weekly VRChat meetups (Sundays at 4:00 PST or Monday at 12:00pm PST for people across the pond) but I'm not here to talk about that.
Who do you want to talk to? Most of us are VR enthusiasts and developers who have lots of questions about how VR development happens and how it is going to advance in the coming months. To that end, Graham and I are really happy to announce that we're going to start hosting weekly discussions with VR developers that you can come to and ask what ever questions cross your mind.
Each week we'll have a different guest and a different perspective on VR development. If you are a VR developer, please join us tomorrow in VRChat at 6:00pm PST for the first of this weekly series of developer chats.
As always you can download the client at http://vrchat.net and we'll likely have a new version of the client tomorrow night, so please come make sure you have the latest and greatest before you join.
I should say that we're concerned about being swamped during our first weekly event. It would be very handy for you to skype me if you are interested in coming. You can reach me at "jesse.joudrey" or look me up as "Jespionage". If we have to distribute chat room passwords then I'll make sure you get one. We'll make sure a stream is available after the fact for those who can't make it. If you're not on Skype, you can tweet to me at @JesseJoudrey or email me at [email protected], but Skype is best.
I hope to see many of you tomorrow, and each week after to talk about VR development with the people who are making it happen.
Cheers Jesse (Jespionage)
