OBS Won't Initialize A Stream - Windows Insider Beta Program?

Hello, hope you're all well!

So, my computer recently did an update as part of the Windows 11 Insider Program and since then whenever I try to start streaming, the button changes and looks like I'm streaming, but nothing actually starts on any of my pages.

It's also not recording any of the inputs like I have it set up to do. I don't know if this has to do with the latest update, but the timing is making me think so.

Has anyone else had this issue previously or know if the beta updates have been breaking OBS?
