I have severe back and shoulder pain, lightheadedness, and severe stomach pain. My pelvis is killing me. My period started off light and became heavy for 2 days with golf ball sized clots and having to change every 1-2 hours. I have had no bleeding but have been passing clots as I pee. I went to the doctor and she said anovulatory cycle is what the doctor said is going on. I've had that happen before but not this extreme. She gave me a pain killer and it is NOT working. I've started bleeding again and the pain in my back is horrible. My headache has not gone away since bleeding had started. I don't know what to do. Is this normal for anovulatory cycles??
