There was a patient that was discharged from the hospital that was supposed to be released to mhmr, however the nurse did not receive that information during patient handoff and treated the patient in the ER and discharged the patient once treatment was complete. The patient went to a casino with a gun and now the FBI is involved, does that put the nurse in any danger of losing their license or facing legal action?
