I take a few depth breaths in and out and decisively (not that there is much of a decision to be made) push open the door the sign on which reads "Human Resources - Discipline Division". Although these things become common knowledge with almost supernatural speed, I still have the childish feeling that if nobody sees me go in through the dreaded door, nobody will know I'm here. Not how it works, of course, especially when it comes to higher managers like myself, but a girl can hope.

The whole thing is ridiculous, of course. Introducing corporal punishment into an otherwise amazingly progressive 21st century workplace? It seemed like a weird joke at first, and then like madness that whoever thought of would never get away with. Except they did, and punishments started with surprisingly little (none, in fact) backlash. There were just two bright sides to the whole thing so far. Firstly, it was, for the time being, an experimental policy applied to just one department. Which just happened to be mine. Secondly, from the experiences I've heard so far, it was done very professionally with nothing inappropriate at all happening... Apart from the whole caning or paddling or tawsing on a bare bottom thing, of course.

I double check the number on the door I've just reached against my punishment appointment email and knock. After a faint "Come in", I do just that... And freeze. "Alex??" I manage an eternity later, staring at the 18 year old standing in front of the desk. "Um... Yeah... Hello... Surprise?" Alex doesn't quite manage a smile, clearly as lost for words as I am, although at least not as surprised, given that my name was on the appointment.

"Yeah, basically I just got an internship here... Wanted to surprise you... Had no idea about this whole thing... And today of all days my boss and the other two in the office got an agglomeration of problems and all had to take time off. Sorry, I'm literally the only one here..."

The idea for this roleplay is quite simple - a woman (let's say in her late 20s or 30s) in a position of responsibility/power not only unexpectedly finds herself on the wrong end of a very specific policy, but also realises she is about to be spanked by an 18 year old... And one she knows. It could be a younger sibling or cousin, someone she used to babysit, a niece or nephew, or just a neighbour.

The scene can include a range of punishments apart from spanking itself (figging, lines, corner time etc) but it is not a sexual play and will not turn into one; I will also tolerate absolutely no suggestion of grooming or the woman having had prior attraction to Alex (or insert a name of choice).

Finally, while I do not require or expect an essay in your opening message, please do put in a bare minimum of effort. "Wanna rp" won't quite cut it.
