With my nose pressed into the wall, there isn't a great deal I can see, but the door to my private office is open so I can hear a lot of what is going on in there. Unsurprisingly, a lot of the conversations seem to concern me.
"Guess the boss is going to get it good today", says James (you think) and someone, probably Lauren, giggles. "20 says the cane will come out" - "20 says there'll be tears…" - "Nah, she's not a cryer... There'll be squeals though!!" - “Come on, it’s not even her fault… This time, at least…” Oh wow, thanks for that note of sympathy, Chris.
Another door further away opens; I feel the draft all too well on my bare lower half, unaccustomed to the conditioned office air. My jacket is on the back of my chair and my formal lady pants are around my knees, together with my panties, ready to fall all the way to my shoes if I move (not that will make any difference to my actual degree of exposure, of course). On the bright side, if one can call it that, the wait is almost over.

Hello! As you can see, this is a prompt about a woman in a position of responsibility getting spanked in an office; the start does not have to be exactly this, but hopefully it gives an idea of the tone and the setting. We can discuss the various routes through which my character ends up in this situation. The standard office policy? A special case in just my charater’s contract?
