A specialist facility had popped up in the local village over the last year. It’s main aim was to ensure the members of the local community had their health thoroughly checked and then regularly optimised to support with a long, healthy life. Patients never really discussed what happened at the facility or how they helped with optimising their health, just that everybody that went in, came out revived and refreshed.
I had received a letter in the post requesting that I attend my appointment and I was to ensure that I was free for the entire day. I was both intrigued and a little apprehensive of my upcoming visit but as it was for my health, I had to attend.
