i gained a lot of weight in the past few years bc of health issues and have been really struggling with my body image and self-esteem in this bigger and older body. i’m doing a lot better now and am starting to work on getting physically healthier, but more importantly i’m working on learning to accept and be grateful for my healthy body no matter how it looks or what size it is :)
