Physical is probably the aspect of life I feel best about honestly. This is one of my heaviest weights I have ever maintained and at a low fat percentage. Coming on two years fairly soon was the start of the hardest chapter of my adult life mentally/ emotionally. I have definitely slipped and lost my way pretty badly but have grown in many manay ways. I feel I've gainedfar more wisdom in these trials. Not all days am I so optimistic but I get every morning and try. I'll be on top. Just you watch.
