I'm hearing that broadway/radburn station were built when NJtransit was founded, when I ask my father he just tells me "I don't know cause I didn't like going to the city, it put the fear of god in me", google tells me that there were 3 separate service providers; NY & Greenwood Lake, Eerie-Lackawanna, and NJ & NY Railroad. However, I can't seem to find a map aside from ConRail freight lines which is irrelevant. I also heard that there used to be a rail connection from Edgewater to uptown Manhattan. Does anyone have a map or any information on this?
