Question regarding the PRC and Modules

So I am curious about something. If I download a random module, lets say the Aielund Saga for example, will that work with PRC classes and things? Or are there specific modules that work with the PRC content?
I have not used the PRC before but am considering it, since it would add a ton of variety to the game.
