Fitness Coping with ADHD, anxiety
Does exercise help Mental disorders long term by you doing it like almost everyday or can I just workout 4 times a week and I still can feel better cognitively like I would as if I worked out everyday ?
I figured everyday would be the answer but that also seems like too much on a person who’s working and got other stuff going on, any comments and tips would be very helpful
