Upgrades on orlock leader.

Hey guys. I'm currently playing in an uprising campaign with my orlock Gang.
I have 12 exp on my leader who already has 1 toughness making him 4.
My question is should I give him an extra wound making him 4 wounds (so even plasma cannons and lascannons can't insta kill him)for 12 exp or should I give him a second 1 toughness for 10 exp making him T5 ( so even heavy stubber and boltguns are wounding him on 5s.)
I'm going for as much durability with him as possible.
