Hey, guys. I logged into MTurk today so I could withdraw the $30 I earned doing turks, and found that my account had been suspended. When I called them, they told me that they weren't sure why this happened, but would get back to me soon. A day later, this was emailed to me:

Unfortunately, we have been unable to confirm your account information which is required in order to utilize our service. We regret we will not be able to allow your account to transact in the future.

Asking what this means yields no response, and asking if I could provide additional information also yields nothing. What can I do to withdraw my money and unsuspend my account?
