Since the sitting judge on this case was A) Not following up on it for weeks on end, B) Not a judge anymore and C) Quit entirely as far as I know, I'm taking over the case.
The case has been waiting on the prosecution to present evidence for 27 days now. According to Article III.A.iv, accused people (defendants) have a right to have their trial begin and end without unreasonable delay, which by convention is interpreted as about 2 days needing a good reason. Let alone 27. This is also backed up by Bill of Rights V, which makes it take precedence over things like trial procedures.
Considering no evidence was even posted, there's nothing more complicated to this. I find the defendant, Olivay, innocent of all charges. Thank you.
