Remote Access tool with package deployment

Hi r/msp!
I am looking for a remote access tool (ala Teamviewer, Anydesk etc..) that also include package deployment.
I know Teamviewer allows execution of scripts, and I could use that to build a script that downloads and executes a package, but I would prefer something that was a little more seamless.
Is anyone using something that would do this? What is your experience with it?
