Just a heads up to everybody using NinjaOne with single sign-on. When we first started with ninja all of our technicians used the integrated authentication method because there was no single sign on yet. A couple of months ago we switched to SSO. All our users authenticate via SSO. Those SSO users are still able to login via their old password using the iOS app.
I noticed this when I disabled a Microsoft 365 account and the affected person was still able to access ninja. Nothing bad happened, but maybe this PSA will prevent something bad from happening somewhere else.
Something similar happened to IT-Glue and people did not like it.
I also feel like it is irritated when the admin UI states that the authentication method for a user is SSO, even though it is SSO Standalone
