Saving Midi Control Mapping Setup

I'm wanting to save my mapping set up and not sure if it's possible.

I connect my MPC One in controller mode with Ableton Lite 11 using the MPC plugin, and use it to trigger samples within a sampler plugin (Serato Sample).

The standard mapping of the pads on the MPC don't begin with C1 - (Serato needs the range to start from C1) - so I have to manually map the pads on my MPC One from C1 - D3 (white keys only / 16 pads).

But when I create a new project, the mappings revert back to the original setup.

Is there any way of saving the mappings I've set so I don't have to manually edit them every time I restart the MPC or start a new project?
