Good freewheel and sprocket for huffy cranbrook?

I'm looking to simplify the conversion process by purchasing a rear freewheel and chain sprocket for the rear tire, and I was wondering if anyone here could suggest one if they've done this already.
I'll be using the Odyssey 1999 caliper brake on the rear tire.
I was just going to to toss the brake arm because I don't have a way to bend it, but I don't think that's the safest route to take.
