When people ask why I ride I WANT to tell them this....
The road offers peace when the world offers no absolution. My helmet hears the secrets I'm scared to tell anyone else. The throttle feels the stress of life as I try to keep my sanity. My pipes roar when I won't. My engine screams when I can't. My headlight illuminates a world that to me is otherwise dark. My tires carry me when the weight of the world is on my shoulders. My vest protects me from the world while I'm protecting others. My bike moves me faster than the demons chasing me.
But in reality all I do is smile and say if you only knew.
