Question for those modding subreddits with 1,000,000+ users: how do you do it?

Anybody care to share the strategies and tools you use for modding subreddits with huge user bases?
Edit: We already have/use:
- established rules
- an extensive automod configuration
- a public Discord server with private mod/helper channels
- RES and mod toolbox
We know we need or would like:
- wiki improvements, especially a robust FAQ
- more active mods
- improved flairs
- a better way to manage long-lived megathreads
