Looking to buy Stadium Club.

I am wondering if $90 per ticket ( fees) for section 131 is a good deal? On Seat Geek it shows them as a horrible deal (red/0.2).
Couple questions about Stadium Club tickets:
Is the food served throughout the game?
You have to pay for alcoholic drinks, right?
Can I still walk around the concourse in the stadium before and during halftime?
