Questions from a Noob -Audio Glitches

Added about 20 games, most are working and sounding fine with the exception of:
DKC2 - Audio glitches
TMNT IV (SNES) - Audio glitches
NBA Jam T.E. - Audio glitch in team select screen
Anyone have any similar experiences with these games or issues? Should I add new roms? Run them on RetroArch? Any tips greatly appreciated.
