Rant
Post Body

Tomorrow I have a follow up with my neurologist to possibly change my treatment plan AGAIN and I’m so nervous it’s starting to make my head hurt 🙃 I’m currently taking 100mg Zonisamide (zonegran) and get Botox every 3 months (next round if I get it again is February 7th) I don’t know if I need to stop the Zonisamide since I didn’t think it helped much and that’s why I started botox, I also wonder if I need to stop the botox at all, I do notice some improvement with the Botox but it only last about a month and a half and then I fall back into daily headaches and migraines. Idk Im just SOO over waking up in pain, having to cancel plans because of a migraine, or get nothing done at home/work because of it. I know you guys will understand but so many people think I’m crazy when I say I think my quality of is poor, sure it could be worse but having head pain every day (and usually nausea, lightheadedness and other migraine symptoms) and don’t even get me started on the side effects on most rescue meds….it’s just no way to live and I’m sick of it. I really hope I get answers tomorrow or a new game plan. If you read my rant thank you and also please tell me what has worked best for you (I know everyone is different but I still like to hear peoples experiences)
