I've slept 4 hours in 5 days , had barely any water, barely any food. I've acted totally strange twitching , blinking, waving my arms around , clenching and grinding teeth until they're loose bleeding and chipped. unable to speak or think right. Got drymouth , sweaty palms and feet, slower heart rate , tight chest but not bad. Keep switching between tired and manic , muscle twitching in chest

I'm not doing anymore but is this a sign of something ? Overamping , too much strain on heart ? Dehydration , hypothermia ?
