Protein: No dairy, easy on a empty belly. That's 400 calories there.
3x Peanut butter bars or peanut butter: High calorie at minimal space and time to consume, those 3 bars are 850 calories and one minute to smash down.
Something with sodium, sports drink!: Get some glucose into you, your brain literally runs off it!

Also don't spin for more then 2 days a week, or more then 1 overnight, the high is so much better when you've lost some tolerance.

Oh and 1 litre of water per 20kg of body weight while on this shit. Sounds like a lot but you need it.

Also I'm noticing a lot a of SOS posts lately, people thinking they're dying. Heart rate and feeling like their about to leave their bodies. It's a panic attack 99% of the time. Acute deaths are rare and typically an accident via injection or combined with another drug (do not drink alcohol while on meth, your heart will suffer).
Drink water slowly, you don't want to bloat and push your vagal nerve and make your symptoms worse. Stay safe everyone!
