I will go into more details if anyone wants to know or ask. I am currently 189 to 191lbs and 5'9. I'm 35 years old. I don't have the best diet but I love coffee, smoothies, diet Pepsi and fast food. Yet I think I balance things out because I eat subway and tropical smoothie and cook food at home. Yet I have times when I feel a burn in my throat, burp a lot and have bathroom issues. Yet also I am pooping more but have more floaters if you understand what I mean. Posted something similar in another reddit group and guys told me to eat better and ask me why I want to gain more weight if I am already overweight. I personally want to gain weight and be 200lbs just to see if I like it. I love the way my body feels and looks when bigger and I am more confident. Yet idk if it's more diet or my weight that gives me negative side effects like acid reflux and diarrhea. Does anyone know some healthy ways and clean ways to keep on weight and or gain more.
