I'm about to get a lot of hate for this. Just please don't hate on me too much haha. So far, I've been unimpressed with Memphis BBQ. I understand, I'm not from here so maybe I just don't know what excellent BBQ is. When we moved here 2 1/2 years ago, perhaps my expectations were too high as my whole life I've heard Memphis has the best BBQ. We've been to Bar-B-Q Shop, Tom's BBQ, Corky's, 3 Little Pigs, Payne's, Central BBQ, Elwood's Shack, One & Only, Cozy Corner, Top's BBQ, A&R BBQ, Commissary, and probably others. Again... all of these places are good and some of them are really good... but none of them made me leave dying to return. I would ask if I'm alone in this but... I have a feeling that I am lol.
