Punched in chest two weeks ago

Me and a buddy were fucking around and he got me pretty hard in the chest like really good and it started off just normal you got punched pain never bruised but slowly has gotten worse and moved areas, now it’s hurting when I cough or sneeze like it did at first but it also has caused shoulder blade pain and pain around my upper arm/elbow and this morning it started giving me an almost numb like feeling in a small area on my chest Does anyone have any idea what it is? Pain levels vary quite frequently
