A bit of a backstory I've started ketogenic diet since July and the results were amazing for me, I lost a ton of weight and is basically slim now (except for a bit of a tummy).
But these past few days I started feeling sick and without energy. It got so bad that I can't workout anymore (usually do cardio...) I've looked up about this on the internet and found that my sodium intake might be too low. Anyway, I also take a diuretic (since I'm transgender) and found that this lowers the sodium in the body.
I've tried adding more salt to my diet since yesterday, but I still feel really horrible. My classes are starting tmrw and I'm wondering if I should just go back to a carb-filled diet... But the downside is, I tend to gain weight fast on it. I have body image issues, and that might worsen it.
Any help would be appreciated
P.S. I have also intense heartburn and been vomiting a lot since yesterday
