Am I okay to do a nasal flush?

I know it’s a random question but I’m desperate lol. I had an ear infection and I’ve been on antibiotics since Friday. My ears are feeling a little better but now my nose is draining into my throat and I feel like a nasal flush will help tremendously. Thanks
