26F , weight is 167lbs , height is 5’3. No history of smoking or drinking. Taking medications for GERD/gastritis.

Last night, I used a cotton swab in both of my ears. I may hand dug a little too far because my ears are now sore from the inside. It’s not excruciating, but I can tell they’re a little inflamed from the inside now. This morning, I noticed that the lymph node in my right jaw is now very tender to touch & a little painful.

Do you think the two are related? Also, if so, what can I do to help the tenderness go away?

TLDR ; Used a cotton swab last night in both ears. Now both ears are sore inside but the lymph node in the right jaw is tender to touch. Need tips on what to do to decrease pain. Also wondering if the ear inflammation caused the lymph node swelling.
