So I’ve had a sore throat for two days and it subsided as of this morning however my tonsils and lymph nodes are swollen, I’m having a pretty legit dry cough with upper chest pain (around from the end of my neck to just above where my ribs starts) and I’m now wheezing whenever I breathe, I should mention whenever I cough it leaves a weird taste (somewhat coppery and metal but I’m not coughing up blood) in my mouth. I had corona at the beginning of this year and I have asthma and I’ve not been around anyone that I know of that has strep, mono or any other respiratory infections. I have attached a picture of my tonsils for reference, I do apologize my mouth looks so red I had just finished a throat lozenge. Thanks guys!

Edit: I have no fever or chills my temp is 98.2
