Post Body

Hello Expers of meal prep. Please shower me with your widsom and knowledge so that I can too be meal prepping without hassle... All tips welcome, but main thing is this.

Hoping to get everything done on a Saturday/Sunday

Cooking 3 kilos of Chicken per week.
Probably 2-3 kilos Yam potato
Probably 2-3 for Brocolli
and Rice probably 2.

Bonus Challenge: Not supposed to use ANY oil. Apparently, pan spray is best to cut calories.

I've been leaning towards sous vide.. but is the chicken really that good coming from that? do I need to vacuum seal everything?? can I just use Ziploc bags? Anybody got any experience on this?? the cool thing is I can get a wifi one and just check while I'm out doing something else... is it really that easy??

Any other ideas, tools, tricks and tips are extremely welcome. I'm an absolute beginner. Also does the container matter much? just got generic tupperwares
