Cinnamon honey, Oranges, Lemon, and lime

So I bought some local honey that had Ceylon cinnamon added(I have had the original honey which is really good) it’s not whipped honey or anything like that, it was also a impulse buy. And I have one orange, two limes, and a lemon laying in my fridge that I need to get rid of. Think I can have a good gallon batch with these?
