What if one of the knives actually hit Bucky in FatWS?

There are multiple close calls with Bucky catching knives or otherwise pointy objects that come close to hitting him in places where he's just flesh. If one of these knives were to actually hit him in the chest or face, what would happen?
We have no reason to believe that he's got any kind of resistance to knives, so what would happen? Would he just have to pull it out and hope it wasnt a fatally accurate throw/that he was able to dodge it?
