This really is quite a long shot, but for anyone who has worked at Marvel Studios here, how did you get a job there? I know it's probably all about networking but chances seem very low that someone I know just happens to work on a Marvel film/TV show.
I've been curious for the longest time and these Marvel movies/shows like Captain America: Winter Soldier and almost all of the Netflix series, especially the mind blowing one shot hallway fight sequence has inspired me to pursue my dream goal to be a camera operator or editor for a project like that one day, post quarantine of course. These BTS vids/photos are starting to spark my flame back for it. I also have a bachelors in cinematography for TV/Film and in the LA area.
So how did you make it happen? What was your experience working for Marvel Studios like? It would be awesome if there was a fellow cinematographer or editor here, but really anything would be great and appreciated. Thanks!
