Sheraton Grand Taipei vs Courtyard Taipei Downtown

Post Body
Visiting Taipei for the first time for a week in the Fall. Will probably use SNAs or just try to get an upgrade off Titanium status. I've heard Courtyards are way nicer in Asia than in the US. Is it worth spending extra for the Sheraton? Which is better positioned for getting around?
Also considering the Aloft Taipei Zhongshan, but it seems a bit less convenient than the other two.
