Trying to brainstorm ways we can contact children of existing customers to encourage them to become our customers in the financial services industry. We donโt have contact info for the child, and our current campaign sends an email to the parent, encouraging them to be our advocate to the child. Not ideal.
Anyone else worked through a similar scenario?
I am hoping the exposure to our product through the relationship we have with the parent will be a strong foundation to do business with their child, but itโs not clear how we can get in touch with them, especially when many may be in college or not living at home.
