How to fix these holes? Have to reinstall cabinet faces on them

Glue and slivers of pencil wood. Cut little pencil slivers, fill holes with glue, insert slivers. Let dry then do your best to cut the slivers flush and remount hinges. Move hinges so the screws will have new material to bite into if that’s a possibility.
