le faithsmashing redditeurs, what is the greatest issue facing academia today and why is it employers not giving out IQ tests?
Post Body
Employers cannot legally directly test general intelligence, but are allowed to ask for degrees, so most people at college now are forced to attend in order to legally launder their intelligence to get a job, wasting huge amounts of resources in the process, and filling colleges with people like that who have no use being there at best, disruptive at worst. The rot comes ultimately from not allowing employers to test IQ.
