Advice?
Post Body

I have been struggling to lose weight in the last year. I workout a lot. I burn tons of calories through out the day. I average between 800-1000 burned per day. I lift weights, I run, so I’m not in bad shape, I have muscle, but I am not losing or I gain. My biggest problem is the evenings, that’s when I get hungry. I am looking for help either curbing my evening appetite or fixing my diet so I don’t get hungry at night.

An example of my meals

Breakfast: coffee with half and half, oatmeal with protein, & a protein shake in the late morning( like muscle milk)

Lunch: Salad with chicken or tuna ( sometimes dinner leftovers, but usually I bring salads)

Dinner varies but usually chicken or pork with a vegetable and rice or potato’s.

I hit my gym after work between 5-6pm,then eat dinner!

The last few hours of the night is where I struggle, I get hungry. And sometimes I’m not hungry and I still eat a snack 😞 Help!!
