How do you all handle conflicting calorie information?

So I’ve got a few questions when it comes to calorie tracking if anyone could give me a hand

The example I had tonight is that I had 500 grams of chicken breast air fried, no sauces or anything just herbs and salt. According to the app I use for tracking (FatSecret) that equates to 975 calories. According to just a google search per 100 grams it should be less than that, and all google searches for air fried chicken breast is like ~200 calories per breast

How on earth do you find out how many to actually put down? I ask because I’m aiming between 1500-1800 calories per day, with the chicken at 900 I’m at 1600, though if it’s only 200 a breast I’m ~400 calories under my minimum

I know my body can handle being lower for a day, though I’ve had this situation come up a few times and it’s annoying 😅
