... because I'm in the middle of that bad time of the month for lady folk and decided that I'm not doing enough exercise (I clean a stall, carry hay, groom and ride my horse every day and hike once a week)
So I started C25K again today. Because screw it, I don't want my damn bloating to make the scale go up.
My goal is to drop the time on my 5k. Previously I could do it in under an hour, around 52 min is my best time (because I am fat and slooooowwww) so my goal is to drop my time below 50 min.
Anyway, I figured if I told people here I'd be held accountable (well, here and myfitnesspal). So there. When I get frustrated and crampy, I decide to add MORE things to my already busy schedule. Ha.
