So, a little bit about me. I'm 25, 6'2" and fairly large is frame. I've been at this a little over 5 months. I'm pretty proud of my progress, having lost 60 pounds so far. Here are some progress pictures.
The picture of me sitting down is from last October, where I'd say I was at my heaviest ever. I stopped drinking pop in January of this year and in February, I started eating better and walking when I have the time.
Now, here is where I need help. I've been eating 1600-1800 calories a day and I'm wondering if this is an adequate amount or if I am going overboard? I'm usually on my feet, though I've been pretty sedentary for the last month, as I am a teacher and I am enjoying my break. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.
