I'm just about over my last LO (Dec '22-Sep '23 or so) and I'm in a LTR and I'm worried I'm falling for someone again. It's not really any kind of romantic relationship I have with my LO; we're activity friends and I don't think we'd ever make much of a couple, but I'm still way too fascinated and want to communicate with her constantly. I see her a couple times a week, which has been enough to keep me fairly calm and anchored in our actual relationship, but it's still hard not to want to text her way more than I should. She's pretty enthusiastic about being friends with me and with my SO, which is fun but definitely makes it harder...
