Strikalite? Not sure

Have this lighter. Missing the bottom I’ve never had a strikalite lighter before so not sure how they work but this looks like a variation of one maybe? If anyone can help me with how this works and if there’s anywhere to get parts to it or if they know the brand that would be very appreciated. Thank you in advance!
