Just prescribed/ diagnosed

Hey, I was just prescribed lexapro today. I’m nervous about taking it. I struggle with depression, anxiety and adhd. The depression and not feeling/ low energy is what really bothers me. I’m worried about side effects such as numbness, low libido, low energy and tiredness. I kind of all ready feel these things and I don’t want to be even more of a zombie. Any success stories or tips? Or general words of comfort?
