There‘s a Burger King near my house and a very small historic cemetary parking lot. about 50 feet next to it. sometimes I and others drive and sit in our car to relax/ take breaks from work. One day I decided to park and eat a burger. It was five o’clock and a police officer pulled up behind me and asked if I was having car trouble. I politely told him I was relaxing eating a burger. After a short pause she asked “do you have you I’d on you by any chance. I wasn’t doing anything illegal but I gave him it so as not to cause confrontation And he told me to have a nice day. If I had politely refused would I have likely been arrested? I do live in a stop and I.D state but he’s still required to have reasonable suspicion.

also will add I have a very high anxiety disorder which causes strangers to somtimes get suspicious of me unnecesarily.
