Little back story, my father passed away in 2016, my grandmother in 2017. My cousin (Sammy Sr.) was the executor of my grandmother's estate and was handling my father's as well, but there was no will for him, so things were in limbo. He (Sammy) moved all of my father's trucks and tractor to his place (house and land) to keep an eye on, as I live in an apartment and have no room for everything. Sammy passed away about 2 months ago, and his wife contacted me last night to tell me his son, Sammy JR is going to try and file lost title on everything and take them himself. I have the title to everything except maybe the tractor, what do I need to do, or what can I do to prevent this? He was not named anywhere in the will of my grandmother, only my father and I, which everything goes to me on my 25th birthday (April 24th, 2021) Any insight is appreciated, this is definitely a first time for me, thank you.
